Celebrate Spooky Season with an Immersive Yoga experience 🎃
Starting in a haunted wood, underneath a full moon our Halloween themed yoga session will incorporate a slow, mindful movement.
We will enjoy natural pauses in our practice, tuning into the breath and taking in the Immersive experience surrounding us.
Through the focus on the breath and mindful movement, we begin to tune into the emotions we need to release in order to remove the masks we wear. 👻
This session will end with a special guided Scented Yoga Nidra, designed to help you reconnect with your true self by exploring the playfulness and mystery of Halloween.
Spaces are limited for this unique Immersive Halloween Experience!

What to bring - please bring your own yoga mat, blanket and any props you wish to use.
What to wear - please wear loose, comfortable clothing which allows you to move freely. Alternatively - please wear a Halloween costume, but make sure you can move freely in it!
Please note - essential oils will be offered for Scented Yoga Nidra at the end of class. If you have an allergy to a particular essential oil, please get in touch PRIOR to the class.
Parking - on street parking is available on Avon Street. There are also a few accessible spaces on Hamilton Road outside the library. Parking is also available behind the Mandarin Restaurant, which is accessible via High Road or down a side street beside the restaurant.
The Immersive Room is located on the First Floor of the library, please enter the building and turn left to head upstairs. A lift is available for anyone who requires it.
