Specialising in yoga and wellness practices to support regulation of the nervous system, Yoga by Gillian draws on 10 years of teaching experience to deliver classes and workshops beyond expectations. Each class is offers a unique experience for the client, with options provided to ensure everyone feels challenged and supported.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, stress, sleepless nights or migraine these classes offer so much more than movement. You'll come along for the yoga but you'll keep coming back for the way you feel afterwards.
