A slow, gentle, deeply nourishing 90 minute yoga session with optional hands-on adjustments and micro massage.
Caroline brings together her experience as a physiotherapist, massage therapist, reiki master and yoga teacher into this supportive and healing yoga experience.
Simple, calming pranayama (breathwork) and reiki will be woven into the practice to further deepen the healing.
Please bring along a yoga mat if you have one, you may also wish to bring along a favourite blanket.
