Classes booked within class card bookings may be transferred to an alternative class as long as long as this is done 6 hours prior to the start of the class and within the class card dates at no extra cost.

Bookings cancelled with less than 6 hours notice will not be refunded.

Bookings for massages/ one to ones/ drop in classes cancelled with more than 6 hours notice but less than 24 hours notice will be refunded 50%.

Bookings for massages/ one to ones/ drop in classes cancelled with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded.

Bookings for 6-week beginners courses cancelled:

• with more than 48 hours notice will be fully refunded - 15% admin fee.
• with less than 48 hours 50% refund.
• with less than 24 hours no refund.
