This is a shorter version of the regular 60 minute Zonefit ride. A combination ride of zone 1-2-3 intervals. Options available and classes are for all levels and abilities. If you are joining in 15 minutes later, please ensure you have had a warm up or start the session at a lower intensity if the group have already started higher intensity intervals.
If you are finishing 15 minutes earlier please cool down before you finish and make time to stretch.
