Zumba is a fun, energetic dance based fitness class. All ages and abilities welcome, Zumba is a lot of fun and you will sweat and smile.
Please book in advance, any issues drop me a message, the hall has Air Conditioning so it’s nice and cool when it’s a bit hotter, book for just the classes you can make no commitment required. Wear trainers and comfy clothes, bring water and your smiles 💪🏼❤️
