Details

Traditional Yoga with creative sequencing, infused with Sanskrit, mantra & Mudra.

We’ll flow together, strengthening & stretching, finding the beautiful union between breath, body & mind through poses (asana) & breath (pranayama).

  • £12 drop in or 6 for the price of 5. Please add 6 classes to your basket get automatic discount.

Instructions

Mats will be provided if you do not have your own.

Please dress comfortably & bring a bottle of water.
