The screening of movies is subject to weather conditions. If the weather prohibits us from screening all confirmed bookings will be notified via Facebook Messenger. Prepaid bookings will be credited and can rebook within a 60 day period.
If a power outage or such act of nature, or technical difficulty beyond our control occurs, we will offer a refund or a credit note - your choice which you prefer to accept. The credit note will be good to rebook within a 60 day period.
If you can not make the original date booked, you can transfer/postpone your booking once to a new date & show within a month period of the original booking date, subject to availability on the date.
