No one told you it would be like this! Why is your baby still waking up at night and what can you do to get more sleep? Join us for this class! We'll share gentle parenting tips and information to get you started down a confident path and hopefully better sleep.

This class is not designed to set you up for sleep training. It's not taught by a sleep consultant or from the perspective of any specific sleep program. It's designed to share information so you can make the best decisions for your family. It's taught by a caring professional who has read all the books, participated in sleep conferences and has been paid to put babies to sleep for many years. Katie DaMota, IBCLC makes infant sleep her second favorite topic after breastfeeding. It's her goal to help you mindfully and lovingly find solutions to the best night's sleep possible.
