This is a 9 hour antenatal course, taking place on Saturday mornings 10am-1pm at our community space:

All 3 sessions make up the course - please attend them all. These sessions are co-designed with a midwife and experienced antenatal facilitator, and will cover labour, birth and the early postnatal period with your baby. Week 2 will include an infant feeding session led by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant.
The included antenatal carrying and birth planning workshops run on the last Saturday of the month - you can attend at any time. The same goes for your included newborn sleep workshop, they run monthly and you can attend at any point, even after your baby is born.
You can also access our maternity clothes bank, cloth nappy library and hire a stretchy wrap for free.
Please bring anything that aids your learning e.g. pen and paper, fidget toys to help you concentrate blankets, slippers, cushions - get comfortable!
You are welcome to bring partners/supporters with you. If you are planning to come alone, bring more than one adult as a supporter, or you need to bring older siblings, please just send us a message so we can set the room up accordingly.
