The Client acknowledges that the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation by the Client.

If for any reason you fail to attend your allocated time slot, you will lose your full fee.

If the Photographer has to cancel the booking, you will be given the option of transferring the booking to the rescheduled date, or receive a full refund.
