Missed sessions will not be refunded or transferred.

We appreciate circumstances beyond your control may apply, but as with many children's activities, we have limited space and, if a space is booked but then not attended, we will have had no opportunity to fill that space.

For similar reasons, cancellations with less than three days to go before the session date will only be refunded if/when we fill the cancelled space. For party bookings, cancellations with less than seven days' notice will be subject to the full cost of the chosen package.

The exception is where we have to cancel a session, in which case a transfer to an alternative date will be offered where appropriate.

Any refunds, when offered, will be reduced by the booking fees applied when paying.

Intolerance, abusive attitudes or violence towards other participants or staff is unacceptable and Nikki's Little Play Café reserves the right to ask that you to leave immediately and to refuse your participation in future sessions, parties or events (without refund).
