In the depths of winter, join a friendly group of explorers as we journey through the 5Rhythms, taking time each week to explore a different rhythm and the unique qualities it offers.
Together, we'll discover our home rhythm, the energy we feel most comfortable in, that shapes how we move through life, relate to others and respond to the world around us.
We'll also explore the less familiar rhythms and the gifts they have to offer, gently touching into the light and shadow of each one to better understand our own patterns, habits and behaviours.
Through movement, curiosity and shared exploration, we'll begin to recognise how the rhythms show up in our everyday lives, how they influence our relationships and how moving beyond our familiar ways of being can open up new possibilities.
No experience is necessary, just a willingness to move, explore and discover a little more about yourself.
Just like an open 5Rhythms class, bring water and wear comfy layers you can move in and take on and off. Further details will be sent a week before we begin.
