Refunds and Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the workshop for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop are non-refundable, unless due to a medical or emergency reason (evidence may be required).

If you cancel during a block of pre-paid sessions, no refunds or prorated amounts will be given.

Refunds will be issued if we cancel a class due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. illness, venue issue).

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons.

For missed sessions due to typical bad weather, we will offer a make-up class or issue a refund.
