Join us in our beautiful well equipped studio with UV lights for an added fun experience. We offer professional and friendly classes in Aerial Hoop, Pole and Stretch. Our classes are a fantastic way to improve confidence, strength, flexibility, stamina, posture and grace. Its also a great way to socialise and make new friends.
