Our standard session amendment, refund and change policy

For Single Session Bookings
If you cancel or do not attend your individual session we can only move the session, or offer a refund, if your bike is filled by somebody else.

For Class Passes

Unfortunately we can not make more than 1 change / amendment to the 6 booked dates and times (by individual class pass) once purchased.

Our customers can invite friends to attend in their place.

If we cancel an individual session will offer a new and suitable session date or a full refund
