1. Zahlungsbedingungen

2.1 Online Zahlungs Möglichkeiten sind auf die website(Kredit/Debit karte) oder auf Rechnung zahlen. Nach erfolgte Buchung, wenn du dich entscheidest, per Rechnung zu bezahlen, muss der Betrag spätestens 10 Tage nach der ursprünglichen Buchung bezahlt werden. Kurzfristigen Anmeldungen hat die Zahlung von 100% von denn Preis bei Aktivitätsbeginn zu erfolgen.

2.2 Für Kajak Ferien Buchungen muss mindestens ein Monat vor der Tour der volle Betrag bezahlt sein.

1. Rücktritt durch den Teilnehmer vor Aktivitätsbeginn

Der Rücktritt muss schriftlich erfolgen. Zur Berechnung der Annullierungskosten ist das Eintreffen der Mitteilung (bei Sonn- und allg. Feiertagen der nächste Werktag) beim Veranstalter massgebend:

bis 30 Tage vor Aktivitätsbeginn 0 %
bis 14 Tage vor Aktivitätsbeginn 30 %
bis 7 Tage vor Aktivitätsbeginn 50 %
6 – 3 Tage vor Aktivitätsbeginn 75 %
2 – 0 Tag/e vor Aktivitätsbeginn 100 %
Kann der Teilnehmer infolge verspäteten Erscheinens nicht mehr an der Aktivität teilnehmen oder muss sie aus diesem Grunde abgesagt werden, oder kann der Kunde infolge der Verspätung nur noch in einem beschränkten Umfang teilnehmen, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung.

1. Payment Terms 2.1 Online Payment Payment options include online methods (credit/debit card) or payment by invoice. After booking, if you choose to pay by invoice, the amount must be paid no later than 10 days after the original booking date. For last-minute registrations, 100% of the price must be paid at the start of the activity.

2.2 For Kayak Vacation Bookings
Full payment must be made at least one month before the tour date.

After booking confirmation: 50% of the invoice amount.

1. Cancellation by the Participant Before the Activity Begins The cancellation must be submitted in writing. The date of receipt (next business day in case of Sundays and holidays) by the organizer is decisive for the calculation of cancellation fees:

Up to 30 days before activity start: 0%
Up to 14 days before activity start: 30%
Up to 7 days before activity start: 50%
6–3 days before activity start: 75%
2–0 days before activity start: 100%
If the participant is late and cannot join the activity, or if the activity is canceled as a result, or if the delay allows only limited participation, no refund will be granted.
