Instructies
Wear warm layers you can move and relax in. A warm coat and appropriate footwear is essential for the walk through the beautiful grounds.
Mats and blankets are provided, you are welcome to bring anything that makes you more comfortable - a favourite cushion or shawl for meditation and relaxation.
Parking is available on-site.
No experience required, just an open heart!
