❌ Cancellation & Refund Policy ❌

⚡ Individual Classes

More than 12 hours’ notice → No problem! We’ll send you a discount code for the value of your class, which you can use towards your next booking.

Less than 12 hours’ notice → Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds or discount codes this close to class time.

⚡ Block Bookings

Block bookings already come with a special discounted price.

When you book, you’re confirming that you can attend all the classes in your block.

If you miss a class, we’re not able to offer refunds or discount codes.

Please email us (hello@bailalavida.co) at least 12 hours before your class if you need to cancel an individual class —we’ll be happy to help.

DMs and Instagram messages are tricky to track, so email is the best way to make sure we can sort everything out smoothly.

Terugbetalingsbeleid

➡️ For Individual Classes:

-You can transfer a ticket to another day or get the get a Discount Code with the equivalent amount if you cancel more than 12 hours before the class.

-Unfortunately, no refund is possible if you cancel with less than 12 hours before the class.

➡️ For Blocks of Classes:

-If you decide to cancel the entire course, we'll send you a Discount Code with the equivalent amount that you can use for the next 90 days.

-If you just want to miss one class, we'll sort you a Discount Code for your next booking. (Don't cancel on the website as it will cancel the whole course).

-Be aware that for both cases you need to drop us an email more than 12 hours before the course/class start so we can arrange a credit for you.
