CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Course bookings
A course place is confirmed once payment has been received in full. Course fees are not normally refundable or transferable if a participant cancels, withdraws from the course or misses individual sessions.
If we can fill the entire course place from our waiting list, we may offer a refund at our discretion, less any reasonable costs already incurred. We cannot guarantee that a replacement participant will be found.
Taster and single session bookings
A full refund or transfer may be requested if we receive at least 48 hours’ notice before the session begins. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are not normally refundable or transferable unless we can fill the place.
Changes and cancellations by the club
Outdoor sessions may be moved indoors, relocated or adapted because of weather or other circumstances. We will communicate any changes as soon as reasonably possible.
If Brighton Girls Skate Club cancels a session and cannot provide a suitable replacement, an appropriate refund or credit will be offered for the cancelled session.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact Sarah if you need to discuss exceptional circumstances.
