Your appointments are very important to me, it is time reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary due to unforeseen events however without enough notice it can be difficult or at times impossible to refill a treatment appointment therefore FULL PAYMENT is required at point of online booking to secure your appointment.

In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding treatment experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:

I respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment. If you cancel and give at least 48 hours’ notice a full refund will be given which can take approximately 5-7 days to process.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice
I reserve the right to refund you less a £20 late notice fee.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice
I reserve the right to keep 50% of your prepayment.

If you cancel with less than 4 hours' notice
I reserve the right to keep 100% of your prepayment.

NO SHOWS: if you do not turn up for your appointment I reserve the right to keep 100% of your prepayment.

Running Late: If you turn up late for your appointment, your treatment time will be adjusted accordingly. For example if you are 15 minutes late for a one hour massage appointment you will receive a 45 minute massage.
