To cancel a reserved space, you must cancel 24 hours before your booked time slot for a full refund. If you have not cancelled your booking 24 hours before your scheduled class time, the full amount will be charged to your account.

The 24 hour cancellation notice allows another client on the waiting list a reasonable opportunity to fulfil the cancelled booking place.
