Transfers & Refunds
All bookings made with The Bodyshop (Fitness Centre) Ltd are non-refundable.
We understand that plans can change, so you may transfer your booking up to 24 hours prior to the start of your session via your booking account.
Transfer Terms & Conditions:
• Transfers must be completed no less than 24 hours before the session start time.
• Transfers are only valid for sessions of the same value and at the same location.
• All transferred sessions must be used within 14 days of the original booking date.
• Missed sessions, late cancellations (within 24 hours), or no-shows will not be refunded or credited.
• Cancelled bookings cannot be reinstated or refunded under any circumstances.
• Class passes, memberships, and packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
By booking a session with The Bodyshop, you are agreeing to these terms.
