This is a 45 minute low impact, muscle toning and conditioning class. In this class, we focus on targeted muscle groups to lengthen, tighten and strengthen key areas of the body. This workout increases flexibility, sculpts and tones muscles, burns fat, improves posture and enhances self confidence.
Niveau: Beginners, Intermediate & Advanced
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in. Ballet shoes or socks are recommended. No ballet barre is necessary— you can use the back of a chair or the kitchen counter. You may choose to use a yoga mat for floor work, although it is not necessary.
