Cancellations can be made via your account on the booking system up to 24 hours before your booked session starts.
PASS HOLDERS -
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the booked session is due to start will allow you to have your used pass returned back to your account.
DROP IN SESSIONS -
Unfortunately NO refunds can be made.
Class transfer is not an option.
