Get ready to be possessed and obsessed.
The Flexorcist is 90 minutes of glorious, Halloween-flavoured flexy work. Split into two very different halves. First up, full-body flex training to open up everything from your spine to your splits. Then we ditch the structure entirely and spend the second half rolling around on the floor twisting ourselves into the weirdest, freakiest shapes we can manage.
🎃Do you need to be mega bendy to take part?🎃
This is not a "must be mega bendy" zone. In fact, the entire point of this workshop is that it's completely daft. So all levels can find some joy in it. You'll nail some shapes, spectacularly fail at others, and laugh a lot either way. Expect optical illusions, contortion (adjacent) nonsense, and plenty of genuinely weird (and great) photo opportunities.
🎃I’ve attended previously; will it be the same?🎃
Ya gal doesn’t do things by halves, every year The Flexorcist has different shapes to play with. So you can come again and again and still find something new.
🎃Why you need to be there:🎃
• 🕸️ Halloween-themed flexibility fun, no experience or crazy flexibility required
• 🕷️ Half structured flex training, half floor-based tom-foolery
• 🎃 Perfect for spooky-shaped photos and videos
• 👻 A workshop people keep coming back for! This one has always been one of my more popular workshops. So don't sleep on it
Come loosen up & get weird
