Get ready to be possessed and obsessed.
The Flexorcist is 90 minutes of glorious, Halloween-flavoured flexy work. Split into two very different halves. First up, full-body flex training to open up everything from your spine to your splits. Then we ditch the structure entirely and spend the second half rolling around on the floor twisting ourselves into the weirdest, freakiest shapes we can manage.
đDo you need to be mega bendy to take part?đ
This is not a "must be mega bendy" zone. In fact, the entire point of this workshop is that it's completely daft. So all levels can find some joy in it. You'll nail some shapes, spectacularly fail at others, and laugh a lot either way. Expect optical illusions, contortion (adjacent) nonsense, and plenty of genuinely weird (and great) photo opportunities.

Come loosen up & get weird
All attendees will need;
âą A zoom account and laptop/phone/ tablet with a front facing camera.
âą Internet connection
âą Water
âą A Wall/ Hard surface for some stretches
âą Additional equipment such as blocks will be helpful but are not a requirement
