This exciting course offers a fun and safe introduction to aerial yoga, where children can explore movement, build strength, increase flexibility, and develop confidence—all while suspended in the air!. Whether your child is completely new to aerial yoga or already loves being upside down, the course is tailored to meet each child where they are.
Suitable for children ages 10-16 years, all postures and movements are adaptable—allowing children to progress at their own pace based on their confidence and ability.
Children are never pressured to attempt anything they’re not comfortable with.
All tricks, postures, and inversions are carefully demonstrated and taught step by step, with full guidance and support from our experienced instructors.
Children are encouraged to have fun, explore safely, and practise within their limits.
Our Safety Standards
Your child’s safety is our top priority.
We provide:
Industry-regulated professional equipment, regularly checked for safety.
Protective crash matting (15 x 100 x 200 cm) for every participant.
Fully qualified and DBS-checked instructors, trained in First Aid and certified to teach aerial yoga to children.
While every safety precaution is taken, aerial yoga is a physical activity and involves some risk. To participate, a digital waiver must be read and signed by a parent or guardian during the booking process.

Important Information
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5 minutes before class begins to allow time for the silks to be adjusted to your child’s height.
Parking & Access
There is no parking directly at the studio.
However, there is ample parking on surrounding streets. Please note that some bays are metered, and charges may apply depending on the time of day.
Do not drive down the access lane behind the studio. This is a narrow, shared driveway and poses a safety risk for children and pedestrians.
Public Transport
The studio is easily accessible by public transport. Buses 2, 273, 46, and 7 all stop nearby.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings for children’s aerial yoga courses are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Due to the limited number of places available in each course, your booking secures your child's space for the full course duration.
We are unable to offer partial refunds or pro-rata fees for missed sessions due to:
Holidays
Illness
Conflicting school term dates
Personal circumstances
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your child’s place.

The studio is hidden from the road and sits behind the residential houses. There is a small driveway next door to number 62 Davigdor Road.This is located just past the church and directly opposite Preece House. This driveway leads to the commercial units and our studio at the rear.
