Arrangements for refunds of classes are set out below.
Greater than 48hrs: Contact focusdogtrainingleeds@gmail.com to discuss cancellation or rescheduling
Less than 48 hours notice given: no refund will be given.
Block classes are not refundable once classes have begun, however we will endeavor to offer an alternative if classes are not suitable for you and your dog.
In the event that we have to cancel a class in a block booking due to unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather/ illness/ emergency, we will make every effort to reschedule your class booking to another mutually convenient time.
For pay as go classes, you will be given the option to move your booking to an alternate date within one month of the cancelled class.
Extreme Weather Policy: Pay as you go and Membership classes
In cases where classes have to be cancelled due to extreme weather alternative online sessions will be offered when safe to do so. In cases of extreme heat, it is your responsibility assess if your home is safe to train in. If temperatures exceed 27 degrees celsius online classes will not be offered and you will be given the option to move your session to an alternate date within one month of the cancelled class.
