There will be an unrushed schedule of yoga related thems and we'll end our day with a fully immersive sound bath, delivered by Yanni from Faros Spirit
You'll need to bring a mat and any props that support your practice.~
For the sound bath, bring cushions, blankets, warm socks, eye masks - anything that will help you to just drift away to the soothing sounds of crystal bowls
