Do I have to book my class pass uses all at once?
No, you can if you want to, OR you can book them whenever you like/on a weekly basis as long as there is space in the class. Spaces are available on a first come, first served basis.
What happens if I need to cancel a class?
Up until 12 hours before the class, you can go back into your account and transfer your ticket to another date the class must still be used within 8 weeks from the first class pass use.
Can I use my pass for any of the classes?
You can use the pass for any weekly flow class (not pregnancy yoga, restorative yoga or workshops)
What about if there are no classes on within the 8 weeks...like over Christmas?
Please don't worry, I will extend your class pass if you lose out because a class is not running.
Can I gift any classes I cannot use to a friend?
Yes, please get in touch with me if you know there will be classes you won't be able to use and want someone else to take the credit.
What happens if there are extenuating circumstances, and I cannot use my pass?
Please get in touch with me to discuss any extenuating circumstances and I will use my discretion when deciding whether to provide a refund or extend a class pass.
Are the £10 drop-in classes transferable?
Yes. You can transfer the ticket up to 12 hours before the class. This can only be done once. Refunds are not available.
