Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to accommodate our valued customers as best as we can. However, due to the unique nature of the Tibetan Bowls Meditation event and the advanced travel arrangements made for our guide, we have implemented the following refund policy:

1. Cancellations made at least 1 weeks notice prior to the event:

   • If you need to cancel your booking at least 1 week before the scheduled event, we will provide a full refund of your payment.

2. Cancellations made within the 1 week of the event:

   • For cancellations made within 1 week of the event, we regretfully cannot provide a refund. This is because our guide has already made travel arrangements and has been paid in advance for their services.

3. No-shows:

   • If you fail to attend the event without prior notice or cancellation, no refund will be provided.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your booking. We will do our best to assist you and explore alternative options, such as transferring your booking to a future event, depending on availability.
