Reformer Pilates 4-Class Pass – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing this pass. By purchasing this pass, you are confirming that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.

About Your Pass

• This pass entitles one participant to attend up to 4 Reformer Pilates classes.
• Your pass is valid for 30 days.
• The 30-day validity period begins from the date your first class is booked for using this pass.
• Once activated, the pass cannot be paused, extended or refunded, except where required by law.

Before You Purchase

It is strongly recommended that you have no other active Reformer class passes on your Bookwhen account before purchasing this 30-day pass.

As a class must be added to your basket when purchasing, this may activate your new pass. While Bookwhen will often use an existing eligible pass first, we cannot guarantee which pass will be activated.

If you choose to purchase this pass while another pass is still active, you are responsible for ensuring that all classes can be used within the expiry dates of both passes. Hans_on Wellness cannot extend or refund passes that expire unused due to overlapping validity periods.

Booking Your Classes

• Classes are subject to availability.
• Booking early is recommended as spaces are limited.
• This pass is for the named purchaser only and cannot be shared, transferred or sold.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We operate a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

• You may cancel or transfer your booking up to 48 hours before the class through your own Bookwhen account.
• Cancellations or transfer requests made within 48 hours of your class are not permitted.
• The studio is unable to manually transfer or reinstate classes missed within the 48-hour window, as the booking system will not allow this.
• If you cancel late or do not attend your booked class, the class credit will be lost and will not be recredited to your account.

Please only book sessions that you fully intend to attend.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked class without cancelling in accordance with the cancellation policy will result in:

• Loss of the class credit.
• An additional £10 no-show fee, which must be paid before any future bookings can be made.

This pass entitles one participate to book up to 10 Pilates sessions on a range of days and times.
This pass allows you to share your tickets with friends and family, you can book additional attendees. So share the love and encourage others to join you in session.

This pass allows you to share your tickets with friends and family, you can book additional attendees. So share the love and encourage others to join you in session.

All Summer Passes are valid until 3 September 2026.
When booking, please ensure you book your 5 classes. This will ensure that your Summer Pass credits are used first and that your current pass credits are not affected.
No special discount code is required. The Summer Pass can be purchased in the same way as our standard passes.
Summer Passes will only be available to purchase until 20 August 2026.
There is no limit to the number of Summer Passes you can purchase during the offer period.
