TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
24th & 25th October 2026
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing tickets. By booking and attending
the event, you agree to comply with the applicable terms. These terms are intended to be read
alongside the event's safety information and any instructions provided on site.
- Ticket Bookings, Customer Cancellations & Refunds
1.1 All tickets must be booked in advance unless otherwise stated.
1.2 Please check your selected event date, time slot and ticket quantity carefully before completing
your booking.
1.3 All customer bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations simply because a
customer is unable to attend. This includes illness, personal or family circumstances, changes of
plans, transport difficulties, late arrival or any other reason preventing attendance.
1.4 Ordinary poor weather, including rain, cold temperatures and muddy conditions, does not by itself
entitle a customer to cancel their booking or request a refund, provided the event continues as
advertised and can be operated safely.
1.5 Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on the booking confirmation. Transfers to
another date or time are not guaranteed and are at the organiser's discretion, subject to availability.
1.6 Cancellation by Hassop Family Farm: If we decide to cancel the event, we may offer affected
ticket holders a refund or an alternative arrangement, such as a rescheduled visit. Where a refund or
other remedy is required by law, we will provide it in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
We will communicate the available arrangements to affected ticket holders.
1.7 Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any statutory rights or remedies available to
customers under applicable consumer law.
- Weather Conditions & Cancellation by the Organiser
2.1 This is an outdoor autumn event. Visitors should expect seasonal weather, including rain, wind,
cold temperatures and muddy or uneven ground. Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.
2.2 Ordinary poor weather does not automatically result in event cancellation or entitle customers to
a refund where the event can safely continue.
2.3 Hassop Family Farm reserves the right to delay, suspend, restrict, alter, postpone or cancel the
whole event or individual activities where, acting reasonably, we consider this necessary for visitor
safety, staff safety, animal welfare or the safe operation of the site.
2.4 Circumstances that may require action include severe winds, storms, lightning, flooding,
dangerously waterlogged or slippery ground, unsafe parking conditions, damage to activity areas or
other circumstances presenting an unacceptable risk.
2.5 The final decision to close or cancel the event on safety grounds will be made by the organiser,
taking account of the conditions and relevant safety considerations.
2.6 If Hassop Family Farm cancels the entire event, we may offer refunds or rescheduling
arrangements, subject always to any refund or other remedy required by law.
2.7 If only an individual activity or part of the event must close, we will make reasonable efforts to
provide the remaining advertised experience where safe and practicable. If a significant part of the
