I’m Hayley, a Reiki Master passionate about helping people feel grounded, seen, and empowered. My work combines Reiki with gentle tools like affirmations, body wisdom insights, oracle cards and journaling prompts — to support you in living more intentionally and with greater ease.

Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations or changes to your session plans. If you are unable to make your booking, please notify me as soon as possible via email at hayoftheheart@gmail.com

If you cancel with more than 24 hours notice, I can offer you either;
a full refund, minus a £1.50 booking fee
transfer your booking to a future date, depending on availability

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or fail to show;
No transfer option will be provided
No refund will be given

If Hay Of The Heart has to cancel a session or event due to low numbers or sickness, you will be notified via email and a full refund and/or transfer of ticket to a future session or event will be offered.

Please do not attend if you feel unwell or display any Covid 19 symptoms, to ensure the safety of your practitioner and other clients.
