All bookings across Heels & Feels locations are strictly non-refundable.
Signature class bookings (standard weekly classes only) may be transferred to an alternative available class date if requested a minimum of 24 hours prior to the original booking time.

Please note:
• Transfers apply to Signature classes only
• Spotlight classes, workshops, intensives, events, courses, memberships, and all other bookings are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable
• Late cancellations, no-shows, illness, injury, change of mind, or personal circumstances do not qualify for refunds or transfers
• Bookwhen does not offer account credits, therefore no credits will be issued under any circumstance
• All bookings are for personal use only and cannot be shared, sold, or transferred to another participant
