We understand that accidents and illnesses happen so, upon receipt of a vet certificate or doctors certificate:
a) a 75% refund of full payment (minus deposit) will be paid if the cancellation is received 8 weeks prior to the COURSE start date
b) a 50% refund of full payment (minus deposit) will be paid if the cancellation is received within 4 weeks of the COURSE start date
If the APPLICANT decides, for whatever reason, to discontinue attending the COURSE after the COURSE has begun then no refund will be paid
