This session allows people who are perhaps apprehensive about trying yoga or have specific health considerations to discuss what they'd like to achieve with a teacher. It maybe that after the session some of our scheduled classes will suit you or you'd prefer advice and resources to allow you to practice at home The session is totally about you 🙂

A great gift for someone who is active but has perhaps never tried yoga or did yoga ages ago and would like to come back to it.
