-Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved
-LALA art space or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
-LALA art space reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
-We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
-If there are any sessions missed due to untypical bad weather, LALA art space will offer a make-up session, or customers will be refunded.
-Cancellation policy for those who booked the whole course: If you provide at least 72 hours’ notice, we can offer one make-up session per term, subject to availability in another class. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds or rescheduling options for cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice.
