You can cancel any class up to 24 hours before the class. At this point it is possible to 'transfer your ticket' to transfer to a different class or date. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged for the class. If you are unable to transfer your ticket to another suitable date and require a refund this can be arranged by us manually if you email mossandsandstudio@gmail.com
