Move with Wins

A heart led, intuitive movement practice to open, soften and strengthen your body.

Part dance class, part movement meditation, part workout.
You will actively move stuck energy that has accumulated in your body through the everyday stresses of life, to feel better, breathe deeper and find an active release.

No previous dance experience is required, and no steps to learn, just an openness and curiosity to move and connect to your body.

This class was born out of my own practice as a professional dancer of 20 years where the daily ritual of morning class was a place to move intuitively and to connect to the present moment.
These elements are present throughout the class, along with movements to activate and stretch out your body.
