Terugbetalingsbeleid
These Terms & Conditions apply to all Pilates classes and private sessions delivered by Next Chapter Pilates. By booking a class, term block, or private session, you agree to the following:
- Booking & Payment
• Classes are booked in school term blocks. Payment for the full term is required in advance to secure your place.
• Existing clients: Your space in your current class is automatically held for the next term unless you notify me that you no longer wish to continue.
• New clients: Spaces are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
• A place is only confirmed once payment has been received.
• Payments are non refundable once the term has begun.
- Term Structure
• Classes run in alignment with local school terms. Term dates and class times will be published before each block begins.
• Your booking is valid only for the specific term and class you have enrolled in.
- Missed Classes & Make Up Sessions
• If you miss a class, you may attend another class within the same term provided there is space available.
• Make up classes must be taken within the same term block. Class credits cannot be carried over to the next term.
• Postnatal classes: As only one postnatal class runs per week, make up sessions are not available for this class type.
- Instructor Cancellations
• If I need to cancel a class, I will offer an alternative date, an online session, or a class credit.
• If a full replacement is not possible, a refund for the cancelled session will be offered.
