Refund Policy
Refunds will only be issued for class cancellations made via the Bookwhen platform and at least 24 hours before the class start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend, are not eligible for a refund or class credit under any circumstances.
All cancellations must be processed through your Bookwhen account. We do not accept cancellations via email, social media, phone, or in person.
