Pilates

Come along and build your core strength, flexibility and balance with mat-based Pilates.
Classes are 55 minutes and suitable for all abilities.
No equipment necessary - mats will be provided and any equipment we may need during the session will be available for you to use.
You are welcome to bring along your own if you prefer. Water and towels are not provided.

You can find me at CrossFit Oakham Wednesdays and Sundays.

Free parking is available, please enter your car registration on entry to the facilities.
