Recalibrate Outdoors Refund & Cancellation Policy

Overview

At Recalibrate Outdoors, significant time and preparation go into planning and delivering high-quality outdoor wellbeing, coaching, and educational experiences. This policy helps ensure fairness for both participants and the business.

By booking a programme, workshop, coaching session, event, or course, you agree to the following terms.

Coaching Sessions

Cancellations by Participants

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled coaching session will receive a full refund or may be rescheduled.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.
• Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

Rescheduling

Participants may request to reschedule a coaching session with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.

Outdoor Events, Workshops & Programmes

Cancellations by Participants

• More than 14 days before the event start date: Full refund minus any non-recoverable booking or administration fees.
• Between 7 and 14 days before the event: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund unless the place can be filled from a waiting list.

Transfer of Place

Where appropriate, participants may transfer their booking to another person with prior agreement from Recalibrate Outdoors.

Online Courses & Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.

If you experience technical issues preventing access, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellations by Recalibrate Outdoors

If Recalibrate Outdoors cancels an event, programme, workshop, or coaching session, participants will be offered either:

• A full refund, or
• The opportunity to transfer their booking to an alternative date.

Weather & Outdoor Conditions

Outdoor activities may be adapted, postponed, or relocated where conditions are considered unsafe.

Decisions regarding weather-related cancellations will be made with participant safety as the highest priority.

Where an activity is cancelled by Recalibrate Outdoors due to adverse conditions, participants will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Requests for refunds outside this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Recalibrate Outdoors.
