Hello, my name is Jess. Welcome to Sacred Soma Space.

We are living in turbulent times, both individually and collectively. Now more than ever we need safe, sacred spaces to slow down, reconnect and feel.

In a world that so often pulls us up into our heads, somatic practice invite us home - to breath, to body, to presence.

I’m a Somatic Practitioner and Educator and I offer one to one sessions that empower women to overcome the effects of stress, burnout, anxiety, depression and childhood trauma. I also hold workshops and retreats for women to gently come into their bodies - through nervous system practices that cultivate inner safety, allowing the body to soften, feel and expand its capacity to be with what is.

Whether you're seeking rest and connection, feeling overwhelmed or anxious, recovering from trauma, or longing to feel more at home in your own skin - this work is here to support you.
