Class Cancellation Policy
If you need to change or cancel your class booking, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Due to limited spaces and venue commitments, refunds cannot be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the class.
• Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours may be transferred to a future session
• Cancellations within 48 hours and non-attendance are non-refundable
I understand that life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you are navigating stress, emotional challenges or nervous-system dysregulation.
If something is affecting your ability to attend, please don’t withdraw without contact — you’re always welcome to reach out. I will respond with care and understanding, and we can look at supportive options where possible.
