Tarot is a personal and reflective experience, and I cannot guarantee a particular outcome or interpretation. Refunds are therefore not offered simply because a client disagrees with or feels disappointed by a reading.
If however, you feel the service was not delivered as described, please contact me within 48 hours. I will always consider your concerns individually and, where appropriate, offer a suitable resolution.
