Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the limited number of participants and the coordination required to arrange child participants for this training, the following cancellation policy applies:

Participant Cancellations:

4 or more weeks prior to the training start date: Full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee
3–4 weeks prior to the start date: 50% refund
2–3 weeks prior to the start date: 25% refund
Less than 2 weeks prior to the start date: No refund

Transfer Option:
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified therapist or apply your payment as a credit toward a future training (to be used within 12 months), in lieu of a refund.

Training Cancellation by Organizer:
In the unlikely event that the training is canceled, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid.
