To redeem vouchers go to the schedule on main page at bookwhen.com/sound4self choose a desired event and book tickets with your voucher code by entering the voucher code in the field in your basket (e.g. GKTGH-69D73-EDYRP).

Or you can use the QR code with you camera phone. This will take you to the redemption page, where the voucher is automatically applied. From there, you can select the events from the schedule, and the voucher will be applied to your basket.
